This role blends acquisition discipline, Agile leadership, and cross-functional coordination to help teams move with speed, structure, and mission focus. It is an excellent opportunity for a program leader who can bring clarity, momentum, and strong stakeholder engagement to complex defense efforts.</p>\n<h2>Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>This role supports Agile program execution across planning, coordination, and business operations in a dynamic DoD environment. The Agile Program Manager will help align acquisition activities, program increment planning, and stakeholder collaboration to support delivery of mission-critical capability.</p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations activities</li>\n <li>Implement Agile frameworks and methodologies across program activities</li>\n <li>Lead or support Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews</li>\n <li>Provide project management and leadership across cross-functional efforts</li>\n <li>Use Agile tools including Jira and Confluence to support execution and team coordination</li>\n <li>Use Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support reporting and communication</li>\n <li>Work effectively with internal and external clients in cross-functional meetings and professional environments</li>\n <li>Help organize program priorities, actions, and execution rhythms in support of mission needs</li>\n <li>Contribute to disciplined program operations in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Support strong team alignment and delivery focus across stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with project management and leadership</li>\n <li>Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence</li>\n <li>Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li>\n <li>Ability to work with internal and external clients, including cross-functional team meetings and professional environments</li>\n <li>Secret clearance</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways</li>\n <li>Experience with Award Fee boards and incentive fee contracts</li>\n <li>Experience with working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems</li>\n <li>Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Possession of excellent teaming and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Master's degree</li>\n <li>Top Secret clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance & Additional Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Secret clearance required</li>\n <li>Active Top Secret clearance is desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location</strong>El Segundo, California - This position is full-time and supports a Government customer environment; Work style expectation is considered <strong>hybrid-local (2-4 days per week on site at LAAFB)</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The typical salary range for this position is USD $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary).</p>\n<h2>Deliverable(s)</h2>\n<p>Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. </p>",
