          "text": "<p><strong>Pay:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong>19/hr + 1.25/hr Shift Differential</p><p><strong>SHIFT:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>8:00 PM to 6;30 AM&#xa0;</p><p>Primary work days are Thursday-Sunday. Schedule varies depending on workload each week.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Responsible for machine operation and crew in a light industrial setting. Must manage machine team to ensure proper and safe operation of assigned<br>\nequipment. Responsible for quality, output, and meeting production goals. Additionally, fulfills the job duties of a Production Technician 1 and 2 as required.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>\nProduction: Monitors performance of machine and personnel. Ensures that goals are being met and issues are communicated to Supervisor and/or<br>\nProduction Technician 3 Lead. Completes all work assignments during production. Checking in material, Pocket set-ups, move material offline that is<br>\nno longer needed, and other assignments as necessary. Applies advanced troubleshooting skills and performs basic maintenance on assigned<br>\nmachines that improve quality and performance. Assists crew members when needed. 40%<br>\nCrew Leadership/Training: Organizes crew activities and delegates assignments. Performs assigned duties. Trains and develops all crew members. 30%<br>\nQuality and Waste: Monitors product quality for correctness and report when errors occur. Monitors print and bundle quality. Make adjustments as<br>\nnecessary to correct quality issues. Monitors product waste and take steps to reduce or eliminate spoilage and doubles. 15%<br>\nCommunication/Record Keeping: Maintains accurate record keeping IE: safety audits, packages per hour, labor hours per thousand and other logs or<br>\nforms. Communicates personnel issues to the Supervisor or Production Technician 3 Lead. Informs other Operators/Supervisors of pertinent.<br>\ninformation and communicates to other shifts as necessary.
