    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>BRMi is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a large financial enterprise client in Vienna VA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Employer-Paid Life Insurance• Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance• 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays• Educational Assistance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $107K-$135K</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Hybrid in Vienna, VA 2-3 days a week**</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to learn about BRMi's culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviews</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Data & Analytics Program Delivery\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead cross-functional delivery of marketing data and analytics initiatives (e.g., data integrations, analytic enablement, model activation, measurement frameworks).</li>\n   <li>Manage multiple concurrent data-centric workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.</li>\n   <li>Ensure analytics initiatives move from discovery or POC into governed, repeatable production solutions.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Data Science & Technical Partnership\n  <ul>\n   <li>Serve as the primary operational partner to Marketing Data Science teams, supporting intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics use cases.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate with ETS, data engineering, architecture, security, and risk teams to support data ingestion, access, and platform readiness.</li>\n   <li>Translate analytic requirements (models, features, signals, measurement needs) into executable delivery plans.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Governance, Risk & Compliance Enablement\n  <ul>\n   <li>Support enterprise governance processes related to analytics and data use, including:\n    <ul>\n     <li>Data Transfer Authorizations (DTAs)</li>\n     <li>Security and privacy reviews</li>\n     <li>Architecture and operational readiness approvals</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Ensure analytics solutions align to enterprise data standards, risk tolerance, and regulatory expectations.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Measurement, Experimentation & Activation Support\n  <ul>\n   <li>Enable activation of analytic outputs into marketing platforms (e.g., targeting, segmentation, propensity-based journeys).</li>\n   <li>Support design and delivery of test-and-learn frameworks, measurement plans, and performance reporting.</li>\n   <li>Partner with analytics teams to ensure results are traceable, explainable, and actionable by Marketing stakeholders.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Stakeholder Communication & Influence\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provide clear, executive-ready updates on data and analytics initiatives, including risks, trade-offs, and decision points.</li>\n   <li>Act as a translator between technical data teams and non-technical business partners.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement\n  <ul>\n   <li>Contribute to standardized intake, prioritization, and delivery models for analytics-driven work within Marketing.</li>\n   <li>Identify opportunities to improve data delivery speed, clarity, and scalability through better processes, tooling, and cross-team alignment.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical or data-driven programs.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of analytics, data platforms, and how models and insights are operationalized.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and business partners.</li>\n <li>Advanced program management skills including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.</li>\n <li>Preferred Qualifications\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience supporting marketing analytics, decision science, or data-informed personalization.</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with enterprise data governance, security, and privacy considerations.</li>\n   <li>Experience enabling AI or advanced analytics use cases within regulated environments.</li>\n   <li>PMP, CSM, or equivalent experience and training.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**</strong></p>\n<p><strong>**This is a W2 opportunity only**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled </strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
