Can you imagine a world without apps? Neither can we.  As our Sales & Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in the next growth phase of Customlytics. This is a newly created position that is both strategic and highly hands-on, perfect for someone who is hungry, solution-oriented, ready to take ownership, and driven to generate revenue. You will have the freedom to independently drive projects forward while working closely with our CEO, Chief of Staff, and customer-facing teams. Your mission is to actively drive revenue growth and support the continued expansion of Customlytics. You will build strong relationships across the mobile ecosystem, strengthen our positioning in mobile marketing, app growth, and performance marketing within The Relevance Group, and further develop strategic partnerships. You will own the entire new business lifecycle, from lead generation and business development to closing while optimizing sales structures and helping build a scalable, high-performing go-to-market setup for B2B app marketing services. Customlytics is a marketing consulting agency focused on mobile apps, app growth, and data-driven marketing. We provide B2B services for companies looking to grow their mobile apps through optimized marketing strategies, mobile measurement, CRM strategies, app analytics, and performance marketing initiatives. Therefore, we are looking for proven experience in areas such as mobile marketing, mobile app technology, app analytics, app growth, mobile martech, or performance marketing, ideally combined with a background in selling B2B marketing services in an agency or consulting environment. A deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, app marketing trends, and strong passion for apps are essential. Your mission Build and expand the customer base and project pipeline through proactive identification and acquisition of high-value, strategically relevant business opportunities.  Own the full sales process, including inbound qualification, lead generation, sales calls, proposal creation, negotiation, closing, and smooth handover to project teams.  Manage day-to-day sales operations while optimizing structures, processes, and scalable sales frameworks.  Lead and execute the partnership strategy with key partners such as Braze, MoEngage, Adjust, AppsFlyer, app and developer agencies, and other companies within the mobile and martech ecosystem.  Analyze existing workflows and develop more efficient processes for prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, reporting, deal flow, and CRM documentation.  Represent the company at app, mobile, and digital marketing conferences, industry events, and partner events.  Own and optimize the CRM system (currently HubSpot), ensuring high-quality data management, automation development, and a reliable sales funnel.  Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies, strengthen lead generation, and improve pipeline development. Your profile Proven experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnership management.  Experience in mobile marketing, mobile app technology, app growth, mobile martech, or performance marketing in a similar role; a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem is essential.  Acquiring clients, closing deals, and independently managing the entire sales lifecycle are among your core strengths.  Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience driving revenue growth alongside marketing, consulting, and cross-functional teams in a B2B environment.  Experience with HubSpot or the ability to quickly take ownership of CRM systems, optimize processes, and implement automations.  Independent and responsible working style with a hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership. Confident and effective communication across marketing, consulting, sales, and leadership stakeholders. Proactive and communicative personality who contributes ideas, values collaboration, and thrives in a small, collaborative team environment.  Fluent German and English skills, enabling successful communication within an international team and with global clients.
