          "text": "<p>SOCOTEC is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and develop a geographically distributed team of 7 collections specialists across Dallas, New York, Miami, and San Diego. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a pivotal moment for the finance function.&#xa0;</p><p>The successful candidate will bring operational rigor to a large and complex receivables portfolio, define the business requirements and workflows that will shape our&#xa0;HighRadius&#xa0;implementation, oversee our trade receivables financing program, and develop a team that can scale with the business. This role reports to the CFO and will transition to reporting to the Controller as the finance function matures. It is based in Dallas, TX, which will serve as the long-term hub of the collections function.&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Key&#xa0;Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Collections Operations&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own the end-to-end collections process for a portfolio of&#xa0;2000+ B2B accounts across construction and engineering services&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor aging reports, set and enforce collection targets, and drive DSO improvement&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage complex disputes and escalations, including pay-when-paid contract situations and multi-project client relationships&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for collections, ensuring consistency across all locations&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive automation through&#xa0;adoption of High Radius&#xa0;and other technology/AI&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, including KPIs, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasting&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Trade Receivables Financing Program&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage the day-to-day operations of SOCOTEC's factoring program, serving as the primary point of contact with the financing partner&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Oversee credit limit monitoring and eligibility assessments for factored invoices&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;cash application and reconciliation of factored receivables&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify&#xa0;opportunities to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;program&#xa0;utilization&#xa0;and improve cash flow outcomes&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>HighRadius&#xa0;- Business Ownership&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the functional lead and business owner for&#xa0;HighRadius,&#xa0;representing&#xa0;the collections team's needs and priorities&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define business requirements,&#xa0;validate&#xa0;proposed workflows, and ensure the tool is configured to reflect real collections processes&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with IT to provide ongoing functional input and sign off on key milestones&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead change management within the collections team, including training and adoption of new tools and workflows&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop documentation and SOPs to embed&#xa0;HighRadius&#xa0;into day-to-day operations once live&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build,&#xa0;lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 collections specialists across multiple locations (Dallas, New York, Miami, San Diego)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define individual and team goals,&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;performance, and provide regular feedback and development opportunities&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support the build-out of the Dallas Shared Services Center, including the gradual transition of collections resources to Dallas over time&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Foster a results-driven, collaborative culture that can scale with the business&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with project accountants and operations teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure invoice accuracy upstream of collections&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with the CFO and Controller on cash flow visibility, receivables strategy, and credit policy&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate&#xa0;with IT on&#xa0;systems-related matters, providing clear business requirements and functional feedback&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
