The Opportunity As Iru scales its R&D organization, we’re bringing on a Senior Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys working deeply with engineers, product leaders, and technical stakeholders. You’ll run full-cycle searches across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and Infrastructure, helping us hire the builders shaping Iru’s platform.
