(Intertek-PSI) is searching for a&nbsp;<strong>Regional Director - Building and Construction </strong>to join our Building &amp; Construction&nbsp;team in our&nbsp;<strong> Midwest Region</strong> which consist of <strong>Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin</strong>. <strong>The ideal candidate for the position will be based in either Indianapolis or Columbus. </strong>This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry!</p><p>The Regional Director provides the day-to-day leadership, guidance and general management of a multi-site portfolio. &nbsp;This includes ensuring the business has proper operational controls, administrative / reporting procedures / people strategies in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength / operating efficiency.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Appropriately represents the business with clients and business partners, and acts as a lead / role model.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates with the CFO and senior leadership on forecasting, financial projections and analyses of existing&nbsp;programs and policies.</li><li>Participates in technical trade or association meetings.</li><li>Operational Business Relationships: Serves as a technical resource to management staff and major clients.</li><li>Makes business recommendations on capital expenditures and other initiatives.</li><li>Assists with budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the management team.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures and drives effective Billing &amp;
