You’ll operate as a strategic partner to clients while mentoring teams, delivering forward‑looking insight, and helping healthcare organizations navigate an evolving regulatory and reimbursement environment.</strong> \n<strong>This role can work remotely anywhere in the US.</strong>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance. </li>\n <li>Drive change management initiatives to modernize service delivery through technology, standardized processes, and best practices. </li>\n <li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives by understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions. </li>\n <li>Oversee multiple client teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting engagements. </li>\n <li>Analyze financial performance, including KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow. </li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., revenue cycle, payroll, cost reporting) to deliver integrated client solutions. </li>\n <li>Develop client budgets and forecasts, offering consultative support on financial planning and strategy. </li>\n <li>Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree a plus. </li>\n <li>CPA designation preferred. </li>\n <li>Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry accounting experience. </li>\n <li>Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement. </li>\n <li>Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset. </li>\n <li>Experience managing remote teams and promoting collaboration across geographies. </li>\n <li>Preferred proficiency in industry accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, PointClickCare and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies. </li>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. </li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 10% </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Christine Villicana from Wipfli’s recruiting team will be guiding you through this process.  Visit her LinkedIn Page to connect! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-REMOTE</p>\n<p>#LI-CV1 </p>\n<h2>Additional Details</h2>\n<p><strong>Additional Details:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
