The Inn provides Napa visitors with accommodations that feel like home while staying true to Wine Country’s chic, boutique aesthetic Our restaurant ALBA Bar &amp; Cafe is open daily for breakfast, and small bites in the evening at the Bar. We also have (3) private rooms for banquets &amp; catered events.</p><p><em>Come work and be part of the Alba / RTI (River Terrace Inn) team. Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. The RTI is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Culinary Institute of America, Oxbow Public Market, the Napa Valley Wine Train and many other fun filled attractions.</em></p><p><em>River Terrace Inn</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>A day in the life...</strong></p><p><em>This position assists the Director of Engineering to keep all equipment in good repair with minimum downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures. Continually work towards and support the improvement of engineering service to guests, other departments, and staff.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You own this if you have ...</strong></p><p><em>• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, hotel preferred, but not required</em></p><p><em>• General tools and equipment knowledge</em></p><p><em>• Be Able to perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts.</em></p><p><em>• Ability to maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information.</em></p><p><em>• Ability to ensure security of guest room access and hotel property.</em></p><p><em>• Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.</em></p><p><em>• Ability to communicate effectively</em></p><p><em>• Ability to work independently</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>We've got you covered ...</strong></p><p><em>In return, we offer competitive wages, Pay on Demand, a 401k savings plan which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment.
