As a bartender / server, you have the closest interactions with our restaurant patrons and have the greatest impact on their impression of the restaurant. Working alongside the rest of the Sandy's Pub team, you'll create memorable dining experiences for our guests. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Everline Resort & Spa</strong> </p>\n<p>Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa provides a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe. The resort offers a year-round destination with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, the third largest ski resort in North America, a championship golf, relaxing spa treatments and a wide range of recreational activities. Our sophisticated lodge environment perfectly complements its rugged surroundings and reflects the spirit of the region. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Our on-site restaurant options include casual dining at Sandy’s Pub, breakfast cuisine at Cascades, a cozy coffeehouse and marketplace at Bearshine Café, delicious Asian-inspired comfort food at the Iron Road Noodle House, and fine dining at Six Peaks Grille. Two years’ previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Impeccable customer service and social perception. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends and holidays.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Energetic. Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge. County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Available for AM/PM Shifts </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 25lbs, occasionally lifting 50lbs.
