This includes working closely with the LALD, hiring, training, evaluating performance of staff, and adhering to all state regulations.<br><br>The posted pay range of this hourly position is $25 to $31. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.</p><p></p><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></span></p><p><strong>Interpersonal Relationships</strong></p><p>1. *Able to work constructively with all staff to plan, implement and maintain a well-run home health agency.</p><p>2. *Able to relate positively, effectively, and respectfully to clients, families, and other facility staff.</p><p>3. *Functions as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.</p><p>4. Seeks and accepts feedback regarding the performance of job duties.</p><p>5. *Respects the confidentiality of client and staff information.</p><p>6. *Adheres to grooming/hygiene standards of Lyngblomsten.</p><p>7. Reports for work on time.</p><p>8. *Must be aware of and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.</p><p></p><p><strong>Life Enrichment Tasks</strong></p><p>1. *Provide leadership and coordinate the total Therapeutic Recreation Program.</p><p>2. *Facilitate planning and maintaining a creative and effective program based on current resident needs. Activities must cover six-seven (MC) days a week, some evenings and weekends.</p><p>3. *Ensure that necessary records are kept.</p><p>4. Ensure that the department is adequately supplied.</p><p>5. Oversee care of activity areas, supplies, and equipment.</p><p>6. *Fulfill all additional functions assigned to the Director of Therapeutic Recreation.</p><p>7. *Keep contact with the Residents</p><p>8. Coordinator with Life Long Learning and the Arts Director for programming.</p><p>9. Coordinator and/or facilitate resident and family councils.</p><p></p><p><strong>Operational Tasks</strong></p><p>1. *Attends in-service, and completes online education assignments and training sessions as scheduled</p><p>2. *Displays awareness of current regulations as presented by the supervisor.</p><p>3. *Adheres to Lyngblomsten policies on safety, infection control, and resident rights.</p><p>4. Performs other tasks as assigned.</p><p></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>1. The employee must be able to walk 6 to 7 hours in an 8-hour work day.</p><p>2. The employee's job requires frequent (34%-66% of the 8-hour work day):</p><p>· bending and stooping</p><p>· reaching above shoulder level</p><p>· pushing and pulling</p><p>3. The employee's job requires occasional (1%-33% of the 8-hour day):</p><p>· squatting</p><p>· crouching</p><p>· kneeling</p><p>4. The employee's job requires carrying:</p><p>· up to 10 lbs. frequently</p><p>· 11-25 lbs. occasionally</p><p>5.
