    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position:</span> Service Partner - Vendor Management (RMT)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Location:</span> Remote</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, and other relevant roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge in hardware and software server administration, troubleshooting and repair,</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">network and switching protocols (remote and on-premises), Network security devices, IT</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Business equipment, software development and virtualization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to manage a complex network of companies around the world.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">individuals from a variety of countries and backgrounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Excellent negotiating skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Willingness to meet with service partners in off-business hours as required, particularly service partners in other time zones.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Function</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Service Partner – Vendor Management (RMT) role is to source, assess and engage new service partners to develop strategic relationship in accordance with TRT’s objective, goals, and strategies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Primary Workflow:</span></p>\n<p>• Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions while maintaining and</p>\n<p>strengthening the existing Servicer Partners.</p>\n<p>• Research service partners, identify key players and generate interest.</p>\n<p>• Developing a deep understanding of the partner's services. business, services portfolio, key</p>\n<p>stakeholders, and customer base.</p>\n<p>• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the</p>\n<p>partnership.</p>\n<p>• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms</p>\n<p>that are in line with business objectives, goals, and strategy.</p>\n<p>• Ensure Service Partners comply with contract terms.</p>\n<p>• Responsible with Service Partner contracts and ensure contracts renewed on time.</p>\n<p>• Ensure proper documentation are created, reviewed, updated, and stored.</p>\n<p>• Ensures that the Service Partner Database are always updated.</p>\n<p><span>• Assist CAMs for the availability of Service Partners for project tasks.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Deliverables</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>• Fully reviewed and understand the Service Partner contract.</p>\n<p>• Able to answer questions quickly from Service Partners.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
