If you’re eager to join a supportive, expanding team and help improve the lives of those we serve, this is the opportunity for you! _________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking inbound calls and responding to customer emails Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly, courteous manner Assist in managing overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction Make 100+ calls daily, including scheduling and confirming maintenance appointments while maintaining strong productivity Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services performed Qualifications 3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment Preferably 3+ years of experience in a customer‑focused or call center setting Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills with both customers and team members Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and commitment to delivering high‑quality service Flexible schedule with reliable transportation Computer/software proficiency is a plus Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance : Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expenses.
