Our community is strong because of this.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach BUSA 445: Strategic Management on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Fall 2026 semester beginning on 8/31/2026 through 12/21/2026 at the Northeast Philadelphia Main Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and demonstrated expertise in strategic management concepts, and a passion for engaging and inspiring students.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals and objectives of Holy Family University.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain academic excellence in the classroom.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct face to face classroom instruction following the University&rsquo;s academic standards and guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of technology concepts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide grades and feedback to students in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to email correspondence from Deans, Coordinators, and students in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use the Learning Management System (CANVAS) appropriately for all classes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize advising software (CRM Advise) to identify student issues and alert support offices within the university in a timely manner.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A Master&rsquo;s degree is required, Doctoral degree preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, ethics, or closely related field is required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior teaching experience at a college or university is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience using statistics in a business environment is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with statistical tools and software (Excel, SPSS, JASP, etc.) is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use a learning management system (Canvas) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other preferred attributes include a commitment to teaching a diverse student population, working collegially with peers, strong communication skills, responsiveness to students, ability to meet deadlines for grading and other student feedback.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualified candidates are invited to apply for open positions by submitting a current CV, cover letter, statement of teaching philosophy, research interest, and a list of courses taught.
