The right Patient Greeter makes a busy practice feel calm, welcoming, and well-run. We're hiring someone who can do that with warmth, professionalism, and follow-through.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Concierge Dental Group is a five-location dental practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring a Patient Greeter at our Clarence office (5363 Transit Rd.).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What working here actually looks like:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Welcoming patients warmly as they arrive and walking them through check-in.</p>\n<p>Working alongside the front-office and clinical teams to keep patient flow smooth and respectful of everyone's time.</p>\n<p>Helping the practice feel calm and well-run, even on busy days.</p>\n<p>Schedule flexibility across five locations if you want it — cover a sister office when needed, work close to home most days.</p>\n<p>Real growth paths — many of our administrative leaders started in front-of-house roles. Lead Patient Concierge, Treatment Coordinator, and Office Manager paths are real and open.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we need from you:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Genuinely friendly and professional — patients should feel welcomed within ten seconds of arriving.</p>\n<p>Calm under pressure when the lobby fills up or the phone rings during check-in.</p>\n<p>Comfortable with basic computer use and willing to learn dental practice software.</p>\n<p>Customer-service, hospitality, or healthcare reception experience is a plus.</p>\n<p>Dental office experience is helpful but not required — we train.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation and benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Competitive hourly compensation depending on experience.</p>\n<p>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k).</p>\n<p>Paid time off and continuing education support.</p>\n<p>A schedule and team that actually let you use your PTO.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The honest part:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're a growing five-location group, and we're intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices.
