Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Entegral also offers a benefits package including paid vacation, paid parental leave, sick leave, and flex days; medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits; dependent spending account, health savings account, life and disability insurance; fertility benefits, Employee Assistance Programs; profit sharing and 401(k) employer match.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and companypriorities</li>\n <li>Lead the creation, refinement, and prioritization of product backlogs, ensuring features align with the strategicvision and are continuously improved</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering, design, UX, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment onproduct goals, timelines, and customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform the product development processand uncover new opportunities</li>\n <li>Oversee the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation to testing and launch, ensuring features meetcustomer needs and business objectives</li>\n <li>Continuously track and measure product performance, using key metrics and user feedback to drive iterativeimprovements and maintain market competitiveness</li>\n <li>Manage product-related costs, including development and maintenance expenses, ensuring the product deliversstrong financial performance and cost optimization</li>\n <li>Lead product retirement and transition strategies, defining decommissioning plans and ensuring smoothmigrations for end-users or customers</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required</li>\n <li>Must be located in one of the following locations: <strong>AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA,TN, TX, VA, WA or WI</strong></li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree</li>\n <li>4+ Years experience in Product Management to include the following:- building and updating a product roadmap- executing the product vision- effectively leading a team</li>\n <li>2+ Years experience in a SaaS industry or product technology role- Understanding of API architecture and deployment models</li>\n <li>Availability for up to 30% Travel for Meetings (foreign & domestic)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in the Auto Insurance,Tech or Collision Repair Industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
