About the Role :
Sales
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales across key markets.
Identify, engage, and close deals with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to enc
ourage repeat business.
Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership agreements.
Represent SiGMA at international conferences and networking events (travel required).
Stay informed on industry trends to tailor sales pitches and inform event strategy.
Client Success
Own the client relationship after the deal is closed, ensuring smooth handover and execution.
Use HubSpot to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as agreed.
Collect client assets, track deadlines, and provide ongoing support leading up to and during the event.
Act as the client’s main point of contact for all post-sale queries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event cycle.
