The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. &nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>FUNCTIONS STATEMENT:</strong></p><p>· Supervise and control an assigned pit section consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service according to casino standards, while maintaining the integrity of all table games.</p><p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES:</strong></p><p>· Assists the management to ensure adequate staffing for shift.</p><p>· Assists the management conducting dealer rotations during shift.&nbsp;</p><p>· Clerks on assigned shift when needed.&nbsp;</p><p>· Responsible for assurance of game protection.</p><p>· Assist the management with the overall games department during assigned shift in accordance with management’s directives and the policies prescribed in the <u>Systems of Internal Controls Manual</u>.</p><p>· Assists in the completion of federal cash reporting requirements including Title 31 compliance.&nbsp;</p><p>· Reviews all documentation as required for each assigned shift for accuracy.&nbsp;</p><p>· Responsible for table inventories.&nbsp;</p><p>· Resolves patron disputes.&nbsp;</p><p>· Protects the assets of the Casino.&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintains awareness of how each game stands with respect to player limits, special customers, gains/losses, and dealer performance.</p><p>· <strong>NOTE:</strong> <strong>The above duties are intended to describe the general nature of work performed by an employee in this position.</strong> <strong>These statements are not to be considered as an all-inclusive list of the duties, knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics of an employee in this position.</strong></p><p><strong>FACTOR 1:</strong> <strong>KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION</strong></p><p>· Knowledge of single entry ledger accounting principles.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of all casino table games operations.</p><p>· Knowledge of standards of cleanliness as prescribed by various compliance and enforcement agencies associated with the gaming industry.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of the characteristics of appropriate and inappropriate greetings and interaction with guests and customers.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of methods and techniques that assure protection of the table and casino assets.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of how to administer the overall table games department during an assigned shift in accordance with management’s directives and the policies as prescribed in the <u>Systems of Internal Controls Manual</u>.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of the prescribed methods of the application and completion of federal cash reporting requirement forms including Title 31 compliance regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of all documentation as required for each subordinate staff per shift.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of prescribed methods for tracking table inventories.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>FACTOR 2:</strong> <strong>SUPERVISORY CONTROLS</strong></p><p>· Incumbent is under the general supervision of the Tables Games Shift Manager.</p><p>· The supervisor advises on changes in procedures and is available in the immediate area for assistance when required.&nbsp;</p><p>· Routine work is performed independently following set procedures.</p><p>· The work is reviewed for outcome and results, and for accuracy through spot checks, through complaints from customers and staff and through personal observation of the employee at work.</p><p><strong>FACTOR 3:</strong> <strong>GUIDELINES</strong></p><p>· Incumbent uses personal experience and employer standard operating procedures, in addition to handbooks, policies and precedents.</p><p>· Guidelines include Citizen Potawatomi Nation regulations and directives, National Indian Gaming Commission laws, rules, regulations, manufacturer’s catalogs, handbooks, precedents, and files of previous projects.</p><p>· The incumbent implements adaptations in dealing with problems and unusual situations always with the best interests of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and Grand Casino Hotel &amp; Resort in mind.</p><p><strong>FACTOR 4:</strong> <strong>COMPLEXITY</strong></p><p>· As the level of difficulty increases, the incumbent considers differences in the courses of action and refines methods or develops new techniques, concepts, theories or programs to solve problems.</p><p>· Incumbent will frequently be faced with unusual circumstances and incomplete or conflicting data in addition to various staff and gaming patrons who have special interests; and individual priorities may conflict with existing policy and procedures.</p><p>· The level of difficulty will vary from a medium level to an intensive level of complex circumstances on a routine basis.</p><p>· The incumbent may be required to depart from past approaches from time to time or develop new approaches to meet major objectives without compromising prescribed Indian gaming industry principles.</p><p><strong>FACTOR 5:</strong> <strong>SCOPE AND EFFECT</strong></p><p>· The purpose of the work is to create a satisfied customer and contribute to the generation of a profit by providing quality services through the Grand Casino Hotel &amp;
