We provide responsible, accessible, and progressive behavioral health services. We have a wide range of professionals who are passionate about helping our clients through substance use or mental health treatment.</span></em><em>&nbsp;</em><em><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#2F4F6A;background:white;'>With four outpatient clinics and <em data-pasted=\"true\"><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#2F4F6A;background:white;'>an intensive treatment location</span></em> in Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas and Webster Counties, we serve a wide population. Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills required. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Assess client problems by collecting and evaluating information about the client&rsquo;s symptoms and functioning.</li><li>Develop an individual treatment plan with measurable goals to address client specific issues. &nbsp;</li><li>Aid client by suggesting and exploring behavioral resolutions and discussing progress towards resolving behavioral issues.</li><li>Assist client in obtaining services by initiating referrals.</li><li>Monitor progress toward treatment strategy by evaluating and adjusting services provided, if needed.</li><li>If independently licensed, participate in treatment planning multidisciplinary team meetings to monitor client progress in treatment and make any needed clinical recommendations and/or give clinical guidance. &nbsp;</li><li>If independently licensed and approved, perform clinical evaluations and testimony related to mental hygiene hearings.</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; obtaining required continuing education as required by professional license; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and reviewing relevant state rules and regulations regarding the provision of services.</li><li>Promote the agency by ensuring an understanding of program services available for clients; by appropriately&nbsp;publicizing activities and accomplishments; adhering to a professional code of ethics.</li><li>Assure quality service for clients by&nbsp;becoming knowledgeable of and adhering to rules, regulations, and legal requirements and by documenting services provided and data collection and reporting in accordance with established standards.</li><li>Secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies and keeping client information confidential.</li><li>Represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca&rsquo;s Code of Conduct and Ethical Practice.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ol><p><strong><u>Minimum Physical Requirements</u></strong></p><p><em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
