    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Acuren is currently seeking IRATA Rope Access Technicians to support projects for Acuren Wind across Canada.</strong> This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growing renewable energy sector while working in a dynamic, safety-driven environment alongside experienced professionals. Technicians will gain valuable hands-on experience, with strong opportunities for skill development, certification advancement, and career growth within the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Acuren and its affiliate entities are a leading provider of wind turbine rotor blade inspection, repair, and other services in North America. Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on 1 week off, 10hrs.per day. </li>\n <li>Start Date: <em>Approximately July 2, 2026. </em></li>\n <li><em>Rate: $28.00 - $45.00 (Pay rates are based upon level of experience and certifications)</em></li>\n <li>Location & Travel: Remote locations throughout Canada, Flights and accommodations provided</li>\n <li>Duration: April 2026 to December 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with a wide range of industrial maintenance, inspection, and repair activities while working at heights in rope access environments</li>\n <li>Safely utilize rope access techniques, specialized equipment, and hand/power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and in accordance with site procedures</li>\n <li>Support rescue preparedness and participate in emergency response and rescue operations as required</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively within a composite crew environment while assisting Journeypersons and senior technicians with daily project activities</li>\n <li>Maintain clear communication and coordinate with site personnel, supervisors, and other trades to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety standards and procedures</li>\n <li>Adhere to all IRATA, company, client, and site-specific safety requirements while promoting a strong safety-first culture on site</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Certifications & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>IRATA Level 1,2 or 3 Certification</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience with wind turbines considered an asset</p></li>\n <li>First aid certification (required)</li>\n <li><p>Safety certifications as required by client and provincial standard</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong work ethic and reliability</p></li>\n <li><p>Exceptional safety and quality awareness</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and co-workers</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong problem-solving and time management skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Self-motivated with the ability to work at a high technical and performance level</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license</p></li>\n <li><p>Clean driver’s abstract</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
