Process Automation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization.</li>\n<li>Identify and implement digital tools to automate repetitive HR tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>     Labour Law compliance &amp; HR Risk Management:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adherence to local labor laws and update employee handbooks/policies accordingly.</li>\n<li>Conduct HR audits (year-end, safety protocols) and mitigate HR legal risks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">    </span> Payroll, Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benchmark compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.</li>\n<li>Administer health insurance and other benefits. long-service awards, and other reward programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">     </span> Policy Standardisation &amp; Implementation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct internal policy audits and ensure global alignment with local adaptations.</li>\n<li>Lead the rollout of standardised HR processes across regions. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">   </span>  Process Support &amp;
