He/she will work under the supervision of an experienced team leader who is responsible for their on the job training and learning. Work is closely supervised. Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and/ or mentor. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Familiarization on Textron India policies and processes. - The incumbent will be trained on BU specific tools, processes, techniques etc. - Incumbent develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope under close supervision. - The incumbent will invest substantial time in transitioning from “Campus to Corporate” through variety of interventions, planned by HR, BU, Manager and Mentor. - Guided and limited use and/or application of technical principles, theories and concepts, required to complete the tasks. - Follows specific, detailed instructions and contributes to the completion of minor routine technical tasks Note: These statements are intended to describe the general nature of the job and are intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and duties.
