Conduct general and targeted outreach and recruiting activities through various resource pools,</span><span><span> </span></span><span>networks</span><span><span> </span></span><span>and</span><span><span> </span></span><span>digital</span><span><span> </span></span><span>media to obtain volunteer applicants tracked</span><span><span> </span></span><span>to</span><span><span> </span></span><span>referral and approval. Maintain</span><span><span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span><span> </span></span><span>records of all potential and actual volunteer leads through the</span><span><span> </span></span><span>appropriate tools. Monitor the</span><span><span> </span></span><span>appropriate usage</span><span><span> </span></span><span>and implementation of the<span> </span></span><span>assessment needs</span><span><span> </span>through department</span><span><span> </span></span><span>collaboration and mutual accountability for results.</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Support volunteer programs and services to meet established goals and</span><span><span> </span></span><span>objectives.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Assist</span><span><span> </span></span><span>with executing the Event Based Volunteer plan</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></div></div></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):</b></i></p><ul><li><p>Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree required</p></li><li><p>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience.</p></li><li><p>Management Experience: N/A</p></li><li><p>Skills &amp; Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and continuously evolving priorities effectively. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
