    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position has oversight for live visual systems, broadcast, and camera operations across all campuses to provide an engaging and worshipful experience during services.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Management of Production Visual Systems and Equipment Across All Campuses</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Plan and execute installs and upgrades of video and media equipment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Load, program, and test video content for services and events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Coordinate the scheduling of streams for campuses and broadcast across streaming platforms</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Execution of Services, Special Events, and Conferences</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Set-up, operation, load-out, and management of video and media equipment (both rented and Evangel-owned)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Assist campuses with video and media system issues as they arise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Produce broadcast streams for any applicable services or events</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Central Stage Design &amp; Management</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Work alongside the Lighting Designer to develop stage designs and Video Wall integrations to create powerful, immersive worship experiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Oversee central stage design updates, including the creation of any necessary prop pieces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Serve as primary video technician for LED wall and processors, including daily upkeep, maintenance, repairs, operation, and troubleshooting</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Train &amp; Develop Dream Teamers</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Equip and train Production Dream Teamers to run video systems and operate camera equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Develop captains at campuses to be producers/directors (replicate self)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other Duties</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Assistance at ministry events such as Youth, ekids, etc</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Actively research new products, equipment, and management solutions through usage of blogs, web forums, equipment manuals, publications, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Travel to other campuses as needed to update or troubleshoot equipment, train Dream Teamers, and produce services and events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Assist in other day to day production team objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
