This position will also provide some evidence-based Nurturing Parenting groups to parents/guardians enrolled in the program. Counselor will provide services through our community-based model which allows for the counselor to provide services in-home, at school or within the community where the program participants reside. Counselors can provide services virtually using Telehealth for participants with a documented need. Counselor may provide evening sessions when deemed clinically appropriate. The Counselor collaborates with Promotoras on the team as needed to obtain necessary resources for each client. The Mental Health Counselor reports to the Successful Families &amp; HIPPY Program Manager, and in their absence, the Director of Success 4 Kids &amp; Families.</span></span></span></p>\n\n<p
