What You'll Do As Our Account Manager
We don’t just want someone to maintain accounts; we want someone to conquer them. You will have the freedom to manage your day and prioritize your own agenda.
High-Speed Execution: You’ll be managing a fast-paced environment where priorities shift daily. If you’re energized by pressure and bored by redundancy, you’ll find your rhythm here. Radical Autonomy: We don’t believe in micro-management. You will have the authority to make decisions on the fly, tackle risky situations, and pivot your strategy as you see fit. Innovative Problem Solving: We value your "out of the box" thinking. We want an Account Manager who brings unusual solutions to the table and isn’t afraid to take a process in a completely new direction. Who You Are: Persuasive & Dynamic: You are a master of communication—coercive when necessary, always persuasive, and capable of selling a vision rather than just a product. Strategically Detached: You lead with your head, not your heart. You stay focused on the objective reality of the deal, keeping emotional distractions at bay to maintain total clarity. Results-Obsessed: You are a "big picture" thinker. While you understand the technical details, you know how to delegate the minutiae so you can stay focused on the next big win. Socially Inclined but Assertive: You enjoy the "people" side of the business but remain opinionated and firm. You know how to collaborate to get what you need, but you won't let a group effort slow down your personal momentum. Key Responsibilities: Drive Growth: Proactively identify and conquer new business opportunities from Lynchburg to Raleigh. Multi-Task at Pace: Handle multiple sensitive projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed as it arrives. Navigate Complexity: Use your analytical skills to solve technical problems for clients, then use your social skills to close the deal. Own Your Agenda: Set your own schedule and priorities, resisting unnecessary structure in favor of hitting your targets. Delegate the Details: Focus on the high-level strategy and visionary growth while ensuring the "low interest" administrative tasks are handled by support teams. Requirements: What we look for in new team members- Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience Strong work ethic Valid Driver’s License Legally able to work in the United States The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check. Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction or a related industry. A self-starter who is distracted by predictability and charged by chaos. Exceptional persuasive communication skills with a "never say die" attitude. Ability to travel from the Triad to the Coast autonomously. Benefits & Compensation:
