    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Real Estate Development &amp; Acquisitions Analyst&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Chicago, IL&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; The Analyst will support acquisitions and development activities across the full lifecycle of multifamily projects.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership in a lean, execution-focused environment with the expectation to contribute quickly and take ownership.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Underwriting &amp; Analysis</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Build and maintain financial models (ground-up, value-add, recapitalizations)&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Analyze key metrics including IRR, yield, and sensitivities&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Evaluate new opportunities and support pipeline management&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Deal Execution&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Support transactions from initial evaluation through closing&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Assist in structuring debt, JV equity, and capital stack&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Prepare investment committee and lender/investor materials&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Coordinate due diligence and third-party reports&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Development &amp; Market Exposure&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Maintain development budgets and track performance vs. underwriting&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Support lender reporting and key project milestones&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Analyze markets, rent comps, and supply pipeline&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Support sourcing and evaluate new opportunities&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of real estate finance&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Advanced Excel proficiency (required)&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to build and audit financials models independently with limited oversight&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Direct exposure to senior leadership and investment decisions&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Broad experience across acquisitions and development&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Competitive base salary + benefits&nbsp;</p></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday <br/>8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.",
