You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime, optimizing systems, and helping shape a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability</li>\n <li>Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve plant performance</li>\n <li>Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while interpreting schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings</li>\n <li>Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency</li>\n <li>Collaborate across teams to uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
