We produce longitudinally welded profile and precision steel tubes used in a wide range of end products.</p>\n <p>We are looking <strong>at the earliest possible date</strong> for a committed</p>\n <p>Health and Safety Manager to coordinate Health and Safety in AMTP Altensteig.</p>\n <p>As H&amp;S Manager, your main responsibilities and missions will be:</p>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p>Being in charge of the day-to-day management of H&amp;S activities and coordination in AMTP Altensteig:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Providing the support to plant management in H&amp;S matters</li>\n  <li>Ensuring plant’s compliance with legal requirements and Group’s requirements related to H&amp;S</li>\n  <li>Managing of all regular reporting for the Group and local authorities</li>\n  <li>Planning training actions together with Operations</li>\n  <li>Supporting in the investigation of any incident</li>\n  <li>Following up of all H&amp;S related actions</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p>Expected results by the end of the year 2026:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Action plan to reach the compliance in all FPS defined, approved and followed up</li>\n  <li>FPS L3 achieved in all FPA</li>\n  <li>HIRA and Work Instructions updated for all routine activities</li>\n  <li>Targets for preventive safety audits met</li>\n  <li>Targets for safety incidents (unsafe acts and unsafe situations) reporting met</li>\n  <li>Targets for proactive SO/PSIF met</li>\n  <li>Action plan for equipment conformity certification defined, approved and followed up</li>\n  <li>All incidents recorded, reported and investigated as required according to the applicable procedure</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><u>Qualifications &amp; requirements</u></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Proven industrial (steel or automotive) experience of at least 5 years</li>\n  <li>Managerial experience of at least 3 years</li>\n  <li>Proven competence and compliance with legal requirements in H&amp;S</li>\n  <li>Fluency in German and English, knowledge of any other European language would be an asset</li>\n  <li>In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices</li>\n  <li>Experience in writing reports and procedures for health and safety</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Security of an international operating group combined with the flat hierarchies of a Swabian medium‑sized company</li>\n  <li>A varied and responsible role in a dynamic team</li>\n  <li>Positive working atmosphere, attractive compensation based on the IG‑Metall collective agreement</li>\n  <li>JobRad</li>\n  <li>Flexible working hours</li>\n  <li>Thorough onboarding</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>We look forward to receiving your application, which you may address to our HR department:</strong></p>\n</div>",
