font-size: 12pt\">Design analog, digital, and power-electronics circuits for aerospace hardware</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop products that are robust, scalable, mass-producible, and cost-optimised.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all systems and designs support Windracers’ low-cost business strategy without compromising safety or reliability.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
