We are seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in the headquarters office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to: Provide customer service, clerical and administrative support for the corporate benefits areas Assist with efficient processing and tracking of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations. Prepare benefit documentation for new hires and current employees Maintain and enter benefits related information into Internet Enrollment Systems and ensures integrity of all submitted documents and data. Advise employees on questions and concerns regarding benefits processes and procedures. Produce reports as required. Act as an advocate for employees in benefit related matters. Who should apply? Knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheets and data analysis required. Experience in employee benefits, human resources or other directly related experience. Basic knowledge of departmental functions, benefits and/or human resources, PC's and customer service skills. Requires a high school diploma or GED Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE! Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and any applicable state holidays 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business, maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, employees are eligible for the program upon hire Employee Ambassador preferred banking products Pay Range (depending on experience): $23.92-$30.28 Location: Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, the Zions Bank Building serves as the headquarters of both Zions Bancorporation and Zions Bank.
