How you make a difference The Regional HR Business Partner works closely with leadership to align business goals with employee and management needs across a designated area. This role provides day-to-day support and guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, onboarding, policy interpretation, compliance, compensation, benefits, and development. The position helps create an engaged workforce by delivering value-added HR services to both employees and managers. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and counsel to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, and HR-related matters while identifying areas for improvement. Advise managers on employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed. Partner with leadership to identify training, coaching, and development needs and implement solutions. Support employee engagement, retention, and morale by strengthening relationships and aligning teams with organizational culture. Provide performance management support and ensure consistent application of compensation practices across the employee lifecycle. Qualifications & Requirements Education BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources management/partner role Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS applications and Internet applications Corrections and/or Healthcare industry experience is a plus Licenses/Certifications PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
