    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><br>\n I. Job Summary<br><br>\n Operate IAWTS, perform Control Room Operator's duties and Sampler/Unloader duties when assigned.<br><br>\n II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate disposal and auxiliary facilities in a specified sequence and in accordance with specified procedures. Log monitoring data and notify the Shift Supervisor and Control Room Operator of any significant changes in well data.</li>\n <li>Perform RCRA inspections in accordance with established schedules and procedures.</li>\n <li>Operate and monitor the steam boiler in accordance with written procedures.</li>\n <li>Operate and monitor the Integrated Aqueous Waste Treatment System (IAWTS) in accordance to procedure.</li>\n <li>Operate and control caustic scrubber system as outlined in the procedure.</li>\n <li>Monitor and change out filter when required in the cartridge filter housings.</li>\n <li>Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Perform Control Room Operator's duties when assigned.</li>\n <li>Perform Sampler/Unloader duties when assigned.</li>\n <li>Must be able to participate on emergency response rescue team:</li>\n <li>Contingency Plan event.</li>\n <li>Confined space entry rescue.</li>\n <li>CPR, first aid site provider</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe work environment. This includes responsibility for cleaning the work station, reporting defective equipment, storing and handling equipment or materials properly, and participating in company training.</li>\n <li>Follow site safety and environmental policies and practices.</li>\n <li>Participate in safety meetings, problem solving meetings, incident and near-miss investigations.</li>\n <li>Promote by example Vickery’s safety and environmental policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>\n III.
