Drivers can start in Fort Wayne or Indianapolis, with routes running Fort Wayne &rarr; Indianapolis &rarr; Florence, KY. This is the ideal position for a Road Warrior in training, offering flexibility and regional travel. The day will start between 12 PM and 5 PM, and when the customer calls, we need to be ready to move. Drivers will primarily transport battery cores to warehouses with no-touch freight, ensuring efficiency and compliance with DOT regulations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles (sleeper truck).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Adhere to assigned schedules and routes, ensuring timely deliveries.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Utilize electronic devices and maintain accurate ELD logs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Communicate effectively with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Minimum of 3 years of professional Class A driving experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Valid Medical Card and FMCSA Drug &amp; Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong commitment to safety and adherence to DOT regulations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
