Join our team and be part of an organization that's revolutionizing infusion care across the country.<br><br><b>Position Details</b><br><b>Location:</b> Bourne and Duxbury, MA<br><b>Schedule: </b>Per Diem - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (no weekends) *average 3-4 days per month*<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>As an Infusion Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe and effective infusion therapy while delivering compassionate, personalized care:<ul><li>Administer infusion therapy according to physician orders and protocols.</li><li>Establish and maintain intravenous access with precision and care.</li><li>Monitor patients for reactions, document progress, and update records in a timely manner.</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, medications, and disease management.</li><li>Adhere to infection control techniques and universal precautions to maintain a safe environment.</li><li>Manage and document refrigerator temperatures and daily logs.</li><li>Coordinate follow-up appointments and schedule therapy sessions for no-show patients.</li><li>Notify physicians and regional directors of changes in patient conditions.</li><li>Uphold professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and client staff.</li><li>Collect co-pays as required and ensure patient satisfaction surveys are completed.</li></ul><br><b>Skills We Value</b><ul><li>Compassionate and patient-focused communication</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset for troubleshooting and improving processes.</li></ul><br><b>Minimum Qualifications</b><ul><li>Registered Nurse (R.N.) with a current state license.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of infusion/IV experience as an R.N.
