however, the shift leader will also ensure all necessary documentation is complete, be the technical resource for maintenance and champion:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shift work execution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Failure reporting and root cause analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communication across shifts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continuous improvement activities</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT we need you to do.</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on AC/DC motors, pumps, sumps, gearboxes, hydraulic units, analog/digital drives, lift trucks, machinery and industrial equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to safely disassemble equipment, recommend replacement parts and reassemble equipment; makes sound judgments on when to replace parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics; understanding fluid power</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Welding and ability to fabricate machine parts from drawings for equipment repairs preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to use measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) and electrical equipment (amp meter, ohmmeter, megger, voltmeter and other basic electrical tools)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reads and interprets wiring diagrams, schematics, ladder logic and electrical specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical standards and codes with skills installing single and three phase wiring</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understand AC, DC and variable frequency drives and how each functions; troubleshoots to determine root cause of malfunction</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sound Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) knowledge; ability to troubleshoot, create and modify programs preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Capable of performing replacement drive installations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to understand and complete Auto CAD drawings a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have an understanding of Reliability Principles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of Predictive Technology and Measures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in Failure Reporting and Root Cause Analysis</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT you need to possess.</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a maintenance or industrial environment preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems;
