Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.</span><br><br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Visit accounts as scheduled to deliver product.</p><p>2. <span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all sales, transactions, and POS are in compliance with ABC regulations.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work safely and comply with CBC policies and processes to ensure proper material handling techniques and defensive driving; use appropriate PPE; and, attend all required safety training.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Comply with all DOT regulations. &nbsp;Follow all policies and procedures associated with daily vehicle inspections, driving, substance abuse, and hours of service requirements.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account and with CBC sales staff. &nbsp;Represent CBC in a professional manner by professional appearance and communication. &nbsp;Communicate timely and effectively with sales staff and management team to escalate any customer concerns or issues.</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Rotate product in compliance with customer, supplier, and CBC policy. &nbsp;Stock shelves, build displays, and merchandise/organize back stock, shelves and coolers.</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Remove out of date and/or damaged product on a pre-approved management exception; remove all empty kegs and pallets. &nbsp;</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Price product (for specific accounts designated as driver-priced).</p><p>10.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Verify ticket and product information, obtain customer signature, and collect payment; secure cash and checks in safe and locked cab of truck to prevent theft.</p><p>11.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for daily, accurate settlement of route.</p><p>12.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for the care and maintenance of company-assigned property and equipment.</p><p>13.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for providing guidance and direction to route assistants on the route.</p><p>14. <span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for regular and punctual attendance to ensure product is delivered timely to CBC customers.</p><p>15.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
