This is a relationship-driven role that offers the opportunity to work with national clients and make a direct impact on patient care by connecting top talent with leading healthcare employers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Source and screen top healthcare talent by leveraging recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media channels</li>\n <li>Engage with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards to identify qualified candidates</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to build a reliable and consistent talent pipeline</li>\n <li>Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate qualifications and alignment with client needs</li>\n <li>Complete comprehensive reference checks and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates</li>\n <li>Attend client meetings to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and foster strong client partnerships</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the internal compliance team to streamline onboarding processes and stay focused on candidate engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of <strong>healthcare recruiting experience</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as RNs, Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, or Healthcare Admin/Support</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes is a plus</li>\n</ul>",
