    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for coordinating with other departments including Calibration and Maintenance to ensure completion of required activities for implementation and maintenance of Formulation equipment.</li><li>Coordinate and/or contribute to the completion of projects involving Formulation equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement new initiatives to improve formulation production equipment.</li><li>Participate in Dispensing and Formulation activities as needed by the Formulation department.</li><li>Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Proper communication with applicable departments such as Calibration and Maintenance.</li><li>Operate and navigate software systems including but not limited to: LabVantage, PIMS, FactoryTalk, Trackwise, and EBR.</li><li>Adherence to Good Documentation Practices and Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.</li><li>Administrative responsibilities (Technical writing, reviewing documentation, copying, scanning, and pushing documents for approval, stocking/ordering office supplies).</li><li>Proper time management, including arriving on time, observing appropriate breaks – including lunches – as well as minimizing overtime unless authorized by management.</li><li>Maintain all required certifications for the performance of Dispensing and Formulation activities.</li><li>Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.</li><li>Maintain balances, hoods, tanks, mixers, and other equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with applicable procedures and standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Supplemental Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform any other tasks as assigned by management or senior leadership.</li><li>Performs other similar duties as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Specifications and Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior pharmaceutical industry or formulations experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Continuously demonstrate a strong and efficient performance in all aspects of activities; including but not limited to, showing initiative in completing projects, assist with support tasks without additional prompting, and helping others when available.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, and math skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the metric system and applicable NIST standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work individually and as part of a team in order to create and contribute to an environment that values &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;people and encourages trust, teamwork, and open communication.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage oneself, demonstrate integrity, be productive under pressure, and achieve developmental goals.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively to team members and superiors.</li><li>Strong ability for technical writing.</li><li>Ability and willingness to change direction and focus promptly to meet shifting organizational and business demands Position requires bending, typing, climbing, lifting, reaching, vision, standing, sitting, walking, and hearing.</li><li>Ability to pass required medical screenings to ensure safe handling of pharmaceutical raw materials used within the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;manufacturing process.</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.</li><li>Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 20 1bs.), standing, sitting and walking throughout the facility.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>",
