Join an exciting and growing team as Prime360 continues to expand across the Unites States.</p><p>We are looking to hire experienced <strong>Warehouse Lead</strong> to provide support to the warehouse manager in the day to day running of the pallet operation inside of our customer&rsquo;s distribution center!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Loading pallet trailers using a sit-down forklift.</li><li>Inspecting and hand sort wooden pallets accurately and efficiently, based on appropriate quality and grade for the customer.</li><li>Maintaining clean work environment-sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.</li><li>Dismembering wood create and Gaylord boxes.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.</li><li>The ability to work a flexible schedule-including weekends and holidays when needed</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and multiple tasks.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Running reports</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel</li><li>At least 2 years of Supervisory experience</li><li>Forklift Certified</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment</li><li>Continuously bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75-80 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.</li><li>Must pass Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background Check</li><li>Steel Toe Boots - Up to $75 Reimbursement</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. Prime360 provides hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection and NIOSH approved dust masks.
