Entry level starting wage $13/hr plus tips.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The position includes but is not limited to cleaning, disinfecting, following safety procedures, and following cleaning procedures set forth by Historic Hotel Bethlehem.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The public space attendant is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks: vacuuming and dusting both lobbies.  Also responsible for cleaning all glass doors, public restrooms, fitness center and elevators.  This position also collects linens and trash from housekeepers and stocks their closets.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><br>SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Able to work independently and with others</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Able to multi-task</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures in a hotel setting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to deal well with people in a professional and courteous manner</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><br>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively and verbally in English. Excellent hospitality skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><br>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Applicants must have the physical capability to lift, push or pull at least 30-50 pounds. Also, applicants must have the ability to use abdominal and back muscles and be able to stand for the duration of the shift. Must also have the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists, and to reach and stretch, bend, kneel and squat.</span></p>",
