    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18.6667px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Wines &amp; Spirits Warehouse Supervisor</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company:</span> CPJ Saint Lucia Ltd.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department:</span> Warehouse Operations – Wines &amp; Spirits<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Saint Lucia</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>CPJ Saint Lucia Ltd., a leading distributor of wines, spirits, food, beverage, and fast-moving consumer goods, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Warehouse Operations team in the position of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wines &amp; Spirits Warehouse Supervisor</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Wines &amp; Spirits warehouse section, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, returns processing, and compliance with Company procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be required to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and return of wines and spirits inventory.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate stock handling, documentation, bin location control, and system updates.</li>\n<li>Maintain proper control of bonded and duty-paid stock in keeping with Customs and Excise requirements.</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, damages, breakages, and stock discrepancies.</li>\n<li>Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, monitor attendance, and support performance accountability.</li>\n<li>Enforce health, safety, housekeeping, security, and 5S standards within the warehouse area.</li>\n<li>Support cycle counts, physical stock counts, and inventory variance investigations.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Dispatch, Procurement, Sales, Customs, and Logistics teams.</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit operational reports as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements</span></p>\n<p>Applicants should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate.</li>\n<li>A Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 2–3 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, wines and spirits, or a regulated warehouse environment.</li>\n<li>At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory, acting supervisory, or team lead capacity.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of inventory control, receiving, picking, dispatch, and returns management.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of bonded warehouse procedures, Customs and Excise requirements, or alcoholic beverage storage requirements would be an asset.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n<li>Forklift certification, Health and Safety certification, or HACCP training would be advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Competencies</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should demonstrate:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and supervisory skills.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.</li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety, compliance, teamwork, and operational excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p>The role is based in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, physical activity, lifting, standing, walking, and working extended hours, weekends, public holidays, or shifts based on operational needs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Application Process</span></p>\n<p>Interested applicants are invited to submit their application and résumé to CPJ St Lucia by 10th June 2026.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
