Acts as a liaison between clinical, technical, and administrative teams, focused on planning and executing implementations that fit existing workflows while supporting patient care and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with planning and execution of clinical system implementations.</li>\n <li>Develops and executes implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, new workflows, and technology.</li>\n <li>Assists during implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.</li>\n <li>Serves as a resource for clinical teams, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Delivers post-implementation support to maintain system functionality and optimize performance.</li>\n <li>Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.</li>\n <li>Partners with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.</li>\n <li>Acts as a liaison between clinical teams and technical teams to translate requirements and feedback.</li>\n <li>Monitors implementation progress and identify areas for improvement.</li>\n <li>Collects and analyzes data to measure program effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Recommends enhancements to optimize workflows and system performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Clinical licensure and/or certification required ONLY if required by state contract, regulation, business operating model, or state board licensing mandates.</li>\n <li>If licensed, license must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software.</li>\n <li>Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Skilled in identifying process gaps and recommending workflow optimizations.</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking for resolving implementation challenges quickly.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.</li>\n <li>Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical, technical, and administrative teams.</li>\n <li>Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities in fast-paced environments.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changing requirements and maintain focus on goals.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Comfortable in high-pressure situations and capable of meeting deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM),&nbsp;Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or other health care or management certification.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with change management principles and process improvement methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience creating executive summaries and decks as well as comfort presenting to varying stakeholders and audiences, including executive leadership.</li>\n <li>Leadership and change management experience.</li>\n <li>Medicaid/Medicare/Duals population experience.</li>\n <li>Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.<br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the Internal Job Board.<br><br>\n  Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
