In addition to this, you will have the following attributes:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar role managing a commercial construction site</li>\n<li>The ability to manage multiple trades &amp; sub-trades</li>\n<li>A strong knowledge of different construction methodologies &amp; types of builds</li>\n<li>Up to date knowledge of building products &amp; materials</li>\n<li>A pro-active approach to H&amp;S and quality management</li>\n<li>Ideally exposure to Procore or Construction Management Software + MS Office suite</li>\n<li>A positive, conscientious work ethic; you must be self-motivated</li>\n<li>Willing to travel Mon-Fri (if required in the future)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Legacy</span><br>If you’re looking for a role where your efforts directly contribute to the success of a purpose-driven organisation, this is your chance.
