Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>This full-time license eligible therapist position will provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults at a designated Aspire outpatient office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.</p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required</li>\n <li>Experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations preferred</li>\n <li>Community Mental Health experience highly preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licensure</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a temporary license or;</li>\n <li>Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of Indiana</li>\n <li>Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license, a plus</li>\n <li>Must be working towards full licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
