Nike is also part of the Fox Group Canada and it is operated by Retailors.</p>\n<p>We couldn’t be more excited and it is a wonderful time to join our Group with all the growth opportunities and expansions down the pipeline, we will be sure to turn your retail job into your dream career. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Mango, founded in Barcelona Spain, is an internationally well-known fashion brand that designs, manufactures, and markets women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing and accessories and has over 2220 stores worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description  </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for? </span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate who must be an exceptional team player who can motive, inspire, and work together with the store team</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide and ensure legendary customer experiences consistently</li>\n<li>Ensure customers are your primary focus and all other tasks are secondary.</li>\n<li>Assist customers with wardrobe styling and comfortable with sharing up to date fashion knowledge</li>\n<li>Display expert product knowledge of product, company history, company policy and store/company strategies</li>\n<li>Meet selling expectations and achieve individual and team sales goals, and contribute to the store’s overall success</li>\n<li>Work well with others and collaborate to build a strong store team.</li>\n<li>Work with Store Management to set goals for personal skills development</li>\n<li>Provide assistance with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising and visual expectations</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures.</li>\n<li>Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.</li>\n<li>Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures.</li>\n<li>Ensure Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortages.</li>\n<li>Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outgoing personality that can interact openly with others</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics</li>\n<li>Customer Service experience required</li>\n<li>Demonstrated sales accountability</li>\n<li>Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed</li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment with peers and supervisors</li>\n<li>Ability to receive feedback from management and peers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)</li>\n<li>Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to climb step stools and ladders</li>\n<li>Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time</li>\n<li>Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings</li>\n<li>This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time.
