          "text": "<p>NineStar Connect is seeking a strategic and experienced <strong>Director of Electric Operations</strong> to provide leadership and oversight for electric utility operations across the cooperative. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, system reliability, safety performance, long-range planning, and continuous improvement throughout Electric Operations.</p><p>As<strong> Director of Electric Operations</strong>, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Electric Line and Metering departments while partnering closely with operational leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electric service delivery.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Leading the safety culture and ensuring operational accountability across Electric Operations</li><li>Providing strategic oversight of electric utility operations, including line construction, maintenance, and metering services</li><li>Supporting long-range electric system planning, modernization initiatives, load forecasting, and resiliency efforts</li><li>Partnering with leadership on capital improvement planning and operational budgeting</li><li>Establishing performance expectations related to safety, reliability, outage response, and service quality</li><li>Providing executive leadership during storm response and post-event evaluations</li><li>Mentoring and developing operational leadership, including succession planning</li><li>Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, engineering standards, and industry best practices&#xa0;</li></ul>",
