This role ensures accurate tracking of RFIs, submittals, materials, safety documentation, and drawing updates to support successful project delivery.</span><span> </span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure accurate project document control, including RFIs, submittals, design updates, and safety documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prepare and submit RFIs and submittals through Procore, tracking responses and coordinating with the design team and subcontractors</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate and document field reporting activities, including punch lists, field observations, safety walks, and progress photos</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Track and communicate material and equipment delivery schedules, identifying potential delays and long-lead item impacts</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Verify delivered materials on site to ensure alignment with approved submittals and project specifications</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action item logs for project and subcontractor meetings</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support and report on critical project metrics, including RFIs, submittals, material status, and key project issues</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Collaborate with project team members, clients, design teams, and subcontractors to support project goals and daily coordination</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist with coordination of safety, quality, and pre-job meetings in partnership with the Superintendent and Safety Manager</span><br> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Essential Skills &amp;
