This position is a part of the AbilityOne Program and is intended for individuals with a documented significant disability. The role ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards are consistently met in accordance with contract requirements.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the major duties.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Empty and clean trash containers and recycle bins</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors using manual or powered equipment</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and blinds</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Follow safety guidelines, SDS protocols, and security procedures</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Operate janitorial equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet extractors</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Perform exterior cleaning such as sidewalk sweeping or trash pickup when required</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Participate in periodic deep cleaning or project work</p>\r\n",
