We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.”    <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing compilation and review engagements</li>\n<li>Performing and leading audit engagements  </li>\n<li>Preparing and reviewing corporate, trust and personal tax returns</li>\n<li>Supervising engagements and related tax filings</li>\n<li>Identifying and resolving engagement issues</li>\n<li>Supporting year-end planning</li>\n<li>Training and mentoring junior staff</li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships</li>\n<li>Supporting practice and professional development initiatives</li>\n<li>Participating in business development initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA designation or equivalent work experience</li>\n<li>3+ years experience working in public practice accounting</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Interest in managing and developing others</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time and budget constraints</li>\n<li>Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Baker Tilly GWD LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
